My trajectory
For 14 years I ran La Tejedora Distrito Creativo, a creative district in Cumbayá with more than 50 businesses inside two former textile warehouses. Tenants, contracts, rents, payments, maintenance, suppliers, and the hundreds of small frictions of a business that opens every morning.
Before that, more than 20 years in operations, commercial management and pricing.
I never lacked ideas about what software could fix. I lacked the ability to build it. That changed.

Why these products exist
53 tenants. 30 of those contracts carried tables that changed the rent every two or three months. Contracts ran past 40 pages, and when somebody asked a question, nobody remembered the answer.
