An AI memory for the documents a business cannot afford to forget.

The problem
Important information does not sit in a database. It sits inside contracts, receipts, policies, manuals and medical documents — scattered across folders, drives and inboxes.
Finding one fact means remembering which document holds it, opening it, and reading until it appears. The information exists; retrieving it is what costs the hour.
The solution
Upload the documents once. AskRoby reads every page, organises what is inside, and from then on the way to retrieve anything is to ask a question in plain language.
The answer arrives with the page it came from, so it can be checked rather than trusted.
What I built
- Document upload and processing, including scanned pages that are images rather than text
- Optical character recognition, so a photographed contract is as searchable as a typed one
- AI reading and structuring of each document
- Question answering that cites the page it drew the answer from
- Accounts, authentication, two-factor login and workspaces
- Subscriptions and payments
- Expiry alerts for documents that go stale — insurance, licences, contracts
- A full bilingual interface, English and Spanish
The result
AskRoby is live and in use. It is my own product: I identified the problem, designed the system, built it, shipped it, and run it.
It is also the answer to a question a prospective client always has — can this person actually finish something. This one is finished, and paying customers use it.
